Tennessee Buckets Limited Warranty Policy and Procedures:
1. All warranty claims must be made to Tennessee Buckets in advance of any repairs. Claims should be sent to Tennessee Buckets 8802 Old Lee Highway Ooltewah TN 37363.
2. All warranty claims must be approved in writing by Tennessee Buckets or by an authorized Tennessee Buckets representative inspecting the attachments. All warranty claims submitted to Tennessee Buckets must be documented by photographs showing the reason for the claim.
3. Tennessee Buckets warrants all attachments it sells for a period of Twelve Months for the date or original purchase against defective materials and workmanship.
4. This warranty does not apply to normal wear or damage resulting from accident, abnormal use, misuse, abuse or neglect; nor does it apply to any attachments that have been improperly applied, improperly installed, or modified without written authorization from Tennessee Buckets.
5. Tennessee Buckets will not be responsible for customer's down time, mileage cost or loss of productivity incurred by the dealer or contractor as a result of any defect in materials or workmanship of its attachments.
6. Tennessee Buckets shall not be liable for any injury or damages caused to any persons, place, thing or machine by reason of the installation, use or mechanical failure of any attachment purchased from Tennessee Buckets or otherwise, or any special, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising therefrom to the customer or anyone else, whether arising in tort or in contract, nor will Tennessee Buckets be liable for any damages or penalties for delay in delivery of its product to customer.
7. No agent, sales person, dealer or any other party has the authority, either orally or in writing, to modify, add or delete from the terms of this warranty.
